Client Service Associate

What You’ll Do

  • Support clients and advisors with onboarding, account maintenance, and day-to-day service needs.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients—by phone, email, and in person.
  • Process and track account paperwork, transfers, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized client records and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate scheduling, reporting, and communications to keep the client experience seamless.
  • Collaborate closely with advisors and leadership to continually improve systems and service.
